Christian Santelices is a Lead Guide and Co-Chief Guide for Exum Mountain Guides and founder of Aerial Boundaries Mountain Guides, He is an Internationally Licensed guide through the International Federation of Mountain Guide Associations (IFMGA/UIAGM) and a member of the National Instructor Team for the American Mountain Guides Association. Christian designs and operates leadership development seminars for various clients such as the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Leadership Ventures, Exum Mountain Guides, American Mountain Guides Association, Moondance Expeditions and others.

Aerial Boundaries empowers individuals to lead with a sense of community, collaboration, and sustainability. While these leadership tenets seem common sense enough on paper, they often conflict with our culturally-instilled sense of individuality and personal accomplishment – and hence often elude us in stressful situations when we need them most.
