Aerial Boundaries empowers individuals to lead with a sense of community, collaboration, and sustainability. While these leadership tenets seem common sense enough on paper, they often conflict with our culturally-instilled sense of individuality and personal accomplishment – and hence often elude us in stressful situations when we need them most. Through outdoor leadership adventures, Aerial Boundaries creates a unique platform for participants to explore the relevance of these leadership principles to their daily lives, and to integrate them seamlessly into their natural leadership style. One might think of it as the ultimate off-site.
Aerial Boundaries provides customized, education-based outdoor adventures designed to facilitate transformational experiences and personal growth while maintaining the utmost respect for the environment and cultures we visit.
Aerial Boundaries sets the standard for rigorous customizable travel, leadership, and community development seminars and retreats. We provide knowledgeable guides, high standards of safety and professionalism, and a commitment to social and environmental sustainability.
